PCI has strategically partnered with Geopier® and Ground Improvement Engineering over the last 30 years to deliver a wide range of design-build ground improvement solutions.  Our design-build partnerships have allowed us to develop and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients. The synergy of over 30 years of innovation, engineering, and superior construction operations is why clients choose to work with us year after year.

GEOPIER FOUNDATION COMPANY®
Geopier® developed the first Rammed Aggregate Pier (RAP) system in 1989. Today, Geopier solutions provide an efficient and cost-effective Intermediate Foundation® solution for the support of structures. Specializing in Rammed Aggregate Pier, Rigid Inclusions, and slope reinforcement systems, Geopier provides alternatives for massive over-excavation and replacement or deep foundations, including driven piles, drilled shafts or augered cast-in-place piles.

Thousands of structures around the world are currently supported by Geopier technologies — proven experience that ensures high levels of performance and reliability while providing value compared to traditional systems.

GROUND IMPROVEMENT ENGINEERING
Ground Improvement Engineering (GIE) is the Midwest’s leader in designing Geopier® ground improvement. Since its inception, GIE has been “Leading. By Design.”

With over 25 years of experience and thousands of successful Geopier solutions, GIE is the only company in the country devoted solely to designing ground improvement, including Rammed Aggregate Pier® (RAP) and Rigid Inclusion systems. GIE offers their clients well-engineered, practical, cost-effective alternatives to driven pile foundations and over-excavation/replacement.

DUROTERRA
Duroterra is the North American distributor of Ductile Iron Piles manufactured by Tiroler Rohre GmbH in Austria. Developed over 40 years ago, Ductile Iron Piles are used around the world to provide a modular, fast, low vibration driven pile solution that is ideally suited for constrained sites with building additions, renovations with limited access and overhead clearance restrictions, sites with variable bedrock depths and other practical challenges. Using only an excavator-mounted percussion hammer, the TRM piling system is often a value-added alternative to drilled micropiles, helical piles and other traditional piling.  TRM’s Ductile Iron Piles provided by DuroTerra – FAST.
